Matecznik is a youth hostel of the Polish Youth Hostel Association established on October 3, 1987. The building in which the hostel is located was built in the interwar period in 1928. It is a beautiful historic tenement house located just ten minutes walk from the town square along the green tourist trail.
The hostel offers its guests accommodation in rooms of tourist standard (8 and 10 persons), elevated (2, 4 and 5 persons) with shared bathrooms and in high standard rooms (1 and 3 persons) with private bathroom and TV. Free high-speed WiFi is available in the hostel. The hotel has free parking, kitchenette and dining room, lounge with large TV. Reception staff provide tourist information about the region and help organize free time.
