BOSKO is a restaurant serving dishes based on the principles of healthy eating, taking into account the seasonality of products. When composing the menu, we took care of the local character of the dishes so that the products were delivered to local food producers, creating original dishes based on the cuisine of the Podkarpacie region.
The respect we have for the regional cuisine of Podkarpacie has also allowed us to reach for the old recipes of our grandmothers and I have recreated them based on modern techniques of preparing dishes, but also preserving their unique taste.
Our pride is the dogwood cuisine, the only one on a Polish scale, which is based on the forgotten superfood of dogwood. I encourage you, dear guests, to discover the cuisine of the Subcarpathian region anew with us. In our restaurant, we also bake fresh bread every day, you can do your shopping and stock up on the delicacies we prepare for you. We will also gladly prepare catering for you, organize an intimate occasional party or take care of a successful business meeting.
